Malakoff Interstate Fellowship Ride

Spanning over three states and two years. What a ride!! Our hats off to KOTRT and Malakoff for the great idea and excellent organisation. We had a great time enjoying the great scenery and the fellowship. The experience of riding across the Penang Bridge was especially priceless.

Our hats off too to the ladies who took part. They were fierce competitors. Ladies, you were awesome!

Once again , our congratulations to the organisers and all the participants for a unique start to 2010. Happy New Year.

  1. I came across youre blog after reading the news item in the star on the 23 rd of january.I am a malaysian residng in UK and look forward to retuirning to Malaysia for much of the year at a time as I have just retired from the government service.

I hope to be able to join the club abd participate in the activities. In myyounger days I had cycled five times around Penang Island going back in 1969- 1972.Once to bagan Serai from Kulim and other times often to Pantai Merdeka.Comming from an era when cycling was the only mode and naturally a good form of ecercise, I feel sorry for todays generations who ...have missed such great era of cycling and keeping healthy in a much more prodective and vigorous manner.

Cycling in Britain is a different experience.I will share this later hopefully perhaps.Good luck. This is a great way to promote healthy living. For those who may be interested in connecting my pesronal email address is Chaan Pardesi@aol.com
